Variations of the knobbed gong

According to the note's height, the gong takes a different form. The general trend is that higher is the note, less flat is the gong. High pitched gongs are usually smaller. The peñcu is more pointed, the side wall (bibih, bahu) deeper, the pejungut less obvious. The recep of low pitched gongs is concave whereas it is slightly convex among high pitched gongs.
